Thomas – Book Review

As a musician and entrepreneur, I found Opportunity Rocks! to be extremely well-done. The music metaphor works strongly throughout, and I love the concept of the chords representing different aspects or your life and career. It was great being able to apply these musical ideas to other parts of my life. I also loved the terrific quotes from musicians and stories about them. Marvelless Mark demonstrates a vast knowledge of music, referencing everyone from Lady GaGa, to Trent Reznor, to Amanda Palmer, and Steven Tyler. This makes it so any age group can find something to connect with. Aside from being able to connect with the music references, there’s just a lot of great advice in here. I recommend this book as inspiration to anyone who wants to do something with their life– great advice, easy to read, and the thoughts are well-organized. What more do you want?
